US Green Building Council - Американский Совет по "зеленому" строительству, основанный в 1993 году, является некоммерческой организацией и представляет собой сообщество организаций и компаний, работающих в сфере экологического строительства. US Green Building Council оценивает и сертифицирует проекты зданий и сооружений, строительные материалы с точки зрения их влияния на здоровье человека и окружающую среду. Среди членов USGBC строительные, технологические, инжиниринговые, страховые, экологические компании, некоммерческие организации по охране окружающей среды, научно-исследовательские центры и др. USGBC является крупнейшим и наиболее влиятельным сообществом ведущих компаний и организаций, стремящихся усовершенствовать подходы к проектированию, строительству и эксплуатации зданий и городов, обеспечивая тем самым формирование экологичной, социально ответственной, разнообразной и процветающей среды обитания, повышающей качество жизни людей.

"Зеленое", экологичное или рациональное строительство занимает все более твердые позиции на мировом рынке. Строения и здания, созданные в рамках концепции "минимальной нагрузки" на окружающую среду, отвечают запросу все большего числа компаний-застройщиков и людей, обеспечивая высокий комфорт, чистоту среды обитания и низкий уровень потребления энергии.

Эта тенденция наконец-то добралась и до Украины. Мы понимаем важность и перспективность данного направления и горды тем, что представляемая нами продукция соответствует требованиям экологичности.

American Institute of Architects иased in Washington, D.C., the AIA has been the leading professional membership association for licensed architects, emerging professionals, and allied partners since 1857. Sponsors hundreds of continuing education experiences to help architects maintain their licensure. Sets the industry standard in contract documents with more than 100 forms and contracts used in the design and construction industry. Provides countless Web-based resources for emerging architecture professionals. Conducts market research and provides analysis of the economic factors that affect the business of architecture. Hosts the annual AIA National Convention and Design Exposition. Serves as an advocate of the architecture profession. Champions architects' future by enhancing public belief in the value of design. Promotes design excellence and outstanding professional achievement through an awards program.

The American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), a nonprofit professional organization established in 1950, strives to protect and enhance our member's ability to practice their profession. AIBD is committed to providing quality continuing education to ensure that our members remain current with technology, materials and building codes. AIBD is also committed to establishing and maintaining professional relationships with other trade, business, and professional organizations within the design and construction industry.

At all times AIBD will hold itself to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism as specified by our institute's by laws and code of ethics and will uphold the protection of the health, welfare, and safety of the general public. This commitment is to the public and industry we serve and the profession we represent.

CSI was founded in March 1948 by the specification writers of government agencies who came together to improve the quality of construction specifications. The Institute's efforts were essential in improving construction specification quality so that it could meet the demands of the post-war construction boom. Development of specifications best practices, promulgating standards/formats, professional education, and certification were cornerstones of the Institute.

The Institute grew quickly to include specification writers in the private sector, design professionals concerned about communicating their vision in construction documents, constructors interested in delivering high-quality facilities, and material suppliers with unique solutions to construction challenges. These construction professionals continue to work together today as CSI members to effectively communicate the designers' vision, the material producers' solutions, and the constructors' techniques to create outstanding facilities that meet facility owners' objectives.
